Summer Intern (Generalist)

The Vibe

Kanvis is a pre-seed AI recruitment startup moving at high velocity. We don't have a rigid "internship program" with coffee runs and shadow sessions. We have a list of ideas, a massive month of growth ahead, and a "move fast and break things" culture.

This is a "choose your own adventure" internship for the month of August. We aren't hiring for specific slots; we are looking for people who recognize that being inside a pre-seed startup is the fastest way to learn. You tell us what you're good at and you pitch us on how you'll move the needle.

Potential Tracks

You can pitch anything, but we’re particularly interested in owners for:

• Frontend UI Design: Crafting the interface of the future of hiring.
• UX Research: Analyzing user behavior via analytics, talking to customers, and identifying growth/retention levers.
• Backend & AI Development: Shipping with Claude as your co-pilot. You need to understand the underlying logic (Django/FastAPI) so you're directing the AI, not just following it.
• Sales: Researching and reaching out to potential businesses across any market segment you're comfortable with to get them onto the platform.
• Social Media Marketing: Owning our story on Instagram and LinkedIn through reels and narrative-driven posts.
• B2B Marketing: Building campaigns and content to reach business customers.
• Video Editing: Creating motion animations and product showcase content.

• Growth-Obsessed: You aren't afraid of high-pressure environments or steep learning curves.
• Proactive: You come with ideas and the willingness to execute them immediately.
• Resilient: You're comfortable with "breaking things" as long as it means we're moving forward.
• Evidence (Bonus): If you've built things before—a portfolio, a repo, a campaign—show us. It's not a requirement, but it helps us see how you think.

The Deal

• Role: Generalist Intern (Summer Program)
• Location: Onsite at Daftarkhwan (Vogue Towers), Gulberg, Lahore.
• Timings: Flexible between 11:00 AM – 8:00 PM. Onsite days and timings are customized per person.

Timeline
